If you need some extra time we’re happy to arrange a late check out until 2pm as long as your suite or villa isn’t booked for another guest. Please note late checkouts after 2pm are up to 6pm at the very latest and include a cleaning surcharge of IDR 350.000.
Maximum occupancy
While we hope every day during your stay is a fun party, there’s limits on how big your party can be:
Julu Suite: normal occupancy is 2 people and with an extra bed it's up to 3 people per suite.
Muri Suite: normal occupancy is 2 people and with an extra beds it's up to 4 people per suite.
Villa Anjani (one bedroom villa): normal occupancy is 2 people and with an extra beds it's up to 4 people per villa.
Villa Sokong & Villa Dayan Gunung (two bedroom villas): normal occupancy is 4 people and with an extra beds it's up to 6 people per villa.
Extra Bed
IDR 400.000/night
If your group is on the bigger side and you need an extra bed, just ask when you book your room by Special Request, email or direct contact through our WhatsApp number here below. Beds are available for IDR 400.000 per night and include breakfast (subject to availability).
harbor pick-up
Upon your arrival at Gili Trawangan Harbour, it can be busy and confusing especially in high season or if it's your first time staying in Gili Trawangan. We will be more than happy to welcome you at your disembarkation and arrange the transportation to Wilson's Retreat. If you'd like to arrange a pick up at Gili Trawangan harbour, please make sure to notify us directly upon your booking, via email or contact us directly via our chat.
Cancellation policy
We’re sorry you can’t make your trip. But please keep in mind cancellations for flexible reservations cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival during low season, 14 days prior to arrival during high season and 30 days prior to arrival during peak season, as well as all no-shows, are subject to complete forfeiture of all deposited funds received . Any shortened length of stay is subject to 50% of the total reduced number of rental days. Payments that have been received in full are non-refundable.

Management shall not be liable for non-performance of this Agreement when such performance is attributable to labor troubles, dispute or strike, accidents, restriction upon travel or transportation, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and Nature, and other causes, whether enumerated or not, interfering with Management’s performance.
